This Developer is specially designed to blend with both PE Cosmetics' Liquid Keratin Hybrid - and Cream Hybrid Brow & Lash Shades.

The Oxydant Creme Developer with 4% hydrogen peroxide is specially made to mix with the PE Cosmetics Hybrid Shades. It contains Panthenol and Dimethicone.

Panthenol is known for its moisturising and anti-inflammatory effects. As a result, panthenol improves skin elasticity, reduces redness and sensitivity

Dimethicone moisturises and protects your skin and hair from drying out.
