The warranty is valid for one year from the date of purchase. And the ORB can only be used in combination with the ORB Serts from PE Cosmetics.

The ORB is designed to raise the temperature of the ORB sert to 75 degrees Celsius, although the actual temperature when applied to the customer will be lower depending on the application method and technique.
