The Powder Brow pigments from PE Cosmetics are made on a water basis. This makes them slightly thinner in texture and is easily absorbed by the SPMU device. In general, the pigments have a slightly warmer undertone, except for the color Ash Blonde. This is because the colors usually become slightly more ashy during the healing process of the skin.
