Lotion 1 is the Perming dose bottle lotion for the Lash Volume Lifting treatment. This permanent liquid solution is part of the Normal Setting system and gently lifts and curls the natural lashes for a beautiful, long-lasting result. The bottle format allows precise dosing for each client. Use with the PE Cosmetics silicone pads and Lotion 2 Fixing for a complete Lash Lift treatment that supports client retention and repeat treatments.
