Lotion 2 is the Fixing lotion for the Lash Volume Lifting treatment. This fixing liquid locks in the curl created by Lotion 1 for a long-lasting, beautiful lift. The bottle format falls under the Normal Setting system and allows precise dosing for each client. Use after Lotion 1 Perming and follow with Lotion 3 Keratin Filler for a complete, professional Lash Lift treatment that nourishes and sets the lashes.
