Deze Developer is speciaal ontwikkeld om te mengen met zowel de Liquid Keratin Hybrid - als Cream Hybrid Brow & Lash Tinten van PE Cosmetics.
De Oxydant Creme Developer met 4% waterstofperoxide is speciaal gemaakt om te mengen met de de PE Cosmetics Hybrid Tinten. Het bevat Panthenol en Dimethicone.
  • Panthenol staat bekend om de regulerende werking op het vochtgehalte en de ontstekingsremmende werking. Daardoor zorgt panthenol ervoor dat de huidelasticiteit wordt verbeterd, roodheid en gevoeligheid wordt verminderd
  • Dimethiconehydrateert en beschermt je huid en haar tegen uitdrogen.
