Creëer mooie wenkbrauwen, en wimpers, met de Hybrid Brow & Lash tint van PE Cosmetics! Het product is een hybrid verf, dit houdt in dat de Brow & Lash Tint tussen normale verf en henna in zit. Dit is 100% huidvriendelijk, dierproef vrij en bestaat uit Aloë Vera, groene thee en henna extracten. Deze henna-extracten zijn toegevoegd omdat het fenolen bevat die de haarfollikelgroei helpen stimuleren. Het bevat ook eiwitten, antioxidanten en vitamine E, die haarschade herstellen.
