Wipe the outside of the heater with a slightly damp cloth. Never submerge the device or hold it under running water. Because the wax sits inside a sealed HALO Sert, there is no pot to soak or scrub.
The HALO is designed to bring the HALO Sert up to roughly 75°C. After about 15 minutes of charging it holds a constant working temperature for 60 minutes of cordless use. The temperature at the skin is lower and depends on your application technique.

Every HALO ships with a Lavender hard wax Sert and a Coconut strip wax Sert, so you can work straight away.
