How do I apply and remove the wax correctly?
Hold the skin taut with one hand and remove the wax with a quick, firm motion against the direction of hair growth using the other hand.
Is the Halo Wax Heater safe for home use?
Yes, it's CE (EMC) and FCC certified. Always use on a flat surface and away from water.

What is the capacity of the Halo Wax Heater?
35g of wax beans or 25g of paraffin wax per fill.
How long does it take for the wax to heat up?
About 30 minutes for a full fill. If wax is already in the pot from previous use, heating time is shorter.
How do I know when the wax is ready to use?
The indicator light turns red at power-on and the base turns white. Once the light turns blue, the wax is ready.
Does the heater work with a cord or cordless?
Both. It runs on USB power (5V/1.6A) and has a built-in 1200mAh battery for cordless use.
How long does the wax stay warm without the cable?
The battery version keeps the wax at constant temperature for 30 minutes after unplugging, then shuts off automatically. The non-battery version shuts off immediately with no heat retention.
