This Developer is specially designed to blend with both PE Cosmetics' Liquid Keratin Hybrid - and Cream Hybrid Brow & Lash Shades.

The Oxydant Creme Developer with 4% hydrogen peroxide is specially made to mix with the PE Cosmetics Hybrid Shades for Hybrid Tinting and Brow Styling Treatments. It contains Panthenol and Dimethicone.

Use it as the activator in salon browstyling menus built around keratin hybrid tint services and repeat treatments.

Panthenol is known for its moisturising and anti-inflammatory effects. As a result, panthenol improves skin elasticity, reduces redness and sensitivity

Dimethicone moisturises and protects your skin and hair from drying out.
