Ombre Powder Brows - Training

The first two days of the Ombré Powder Brows training are consecutive, after which you can work independently. In practice, you will encounter challenges, which is why we schedule a third day (return day) approximately 8-10 weeks later. During this day, you will take the exam, perform a touch-up treatment on one of your models from the training, and with the help of tips and tricks from the trainer, you can fine-tune your technique. As a conclusion to the return day, your certificate will be awarded. Interesting and instructive for every stylist, regardless of experience level

• 3-day training
• The first 2 days of the training are consecutive, the 3rd day is the return day which takes place in consultation 8 - 12 weeks after the first 2 days.
• We are a certified training academy with a quality mark and European standards + GGD regulations. Important for your GGD inspection.
• You will be trained in a group with a maximum of 3 people. Unlike many fellow academies, where training is given in groups of up to 20 students.
• The training is entirely in Dutch, unlike many fellow academies where the training takes place in English.
• The price includes the use of PE Cosmetics products during the training.
• Choose your favorite training location yourself when booking.
• Lunch for your model(s) is not included in this training. If your model(s) still want to have lunch, you must note this in the comments field in your registration form. For this lunch we charge €10.00 per model and this must be paid on location prior to the training.
• If you want to come back for extra guidance within 5 months, you are welcome to do another model together. We only ask for a fee of €99 for this.

Quality marks:

• Junior quality mark: You receive this immediately after the 3rd day of the training.
• Master quality mark: after 1 year. Make a complete video of the entire treatment and send result photos, these will be assessed by our trainer. If this is at master level, you will receive the master quality mark.
• Professional quality mark: after 1.5 to 2 years. Make a complete video of the entire treatment and send result photos, these will be assessed by our trainer. If it is at professional level, you will receive the professional quality mark.

DAY 1:

Reception
Welcome & coffee/tea (30 minutes)

Theory
Information about products, pigments, tools, techniques, hygiene, safety and aftercare, practical explanation. Includes explanation of the Starter Kit. (3 hours)

Lunch
Delicious catered lunch (vegetarian available on request), with the opportunity to ask the trainer questions. (30-45 minutes)

Practice
Practicing the technique on a silicone skin/pad. (3 hours)

Demo Video
Video in preparation for the practical day, showing the entire treatment (1 hour)

DAY 2:

Set up workstation
Setting up all materials according to GGD guidelines (15 minutes)

Model 1
Performing treatment on model 1 under intensive guidance from the trainer. Trainer first demonstrates all steps. (3.5 hours)

Lunch
Delicious catered lunch (vegetarian available on request), with the opportunity to ask the trainer questions. (30-45 minutes)

Model 2
Performing treatment on model 1 under intensive guidance from the trainer. (3.5 hours)

Closing
The opportunity to purchase additional products at a training discount.

DAY 3: half day

Exam
Safety and Knowledge Exam (30 minutes)

Touch-up
Fine-tuning the technique. Additional tips & tricks based on practical questions, touch-up on one of the models from practical day 2 (3 hours)

Closing
Reviewing the exam with the trainer and presenting the certificate and junior sticker. (30 minutes)

• You need to arrange for 2 suitable models for the 2nd day of the training. Please ensure you inform them about the consent form and the pre and post-care forms you will receive when you register for the training.
• The first model must be present by 09:00 AM at the latest, and the second model by 02:00 PM. Earlier is also fine, of course.
• As a service, PE Cosmetics can arrange the models for your training. The request for this must be submitted at least 14 working days before the start of the training by email to cs@pe-cosmetics.com. We cannot guarantee that arranging a model will be successful; we will inform you in good time. In that case, you will still need to arrange a model yourself.
