A small motor is encapsulated in this new PE Cosmetics PMU Pen with rotary. This powerful motor with advanced gear system ensures reliable, quiet operation without vibration. This makes the cartridges go smoothly in the hold and provide better pigmentation, compared to normal pmu pens/machines. Another advantage is that almost all cartridges (including other brands) fit on this pen because it is universal.
