Lip pigmentation - Training is a technique in the semi-permanent makeup world that allows us to even out the color of the lips or to enhance the lip contours if they are not as pronounced by nature. With this technique, we color the lips with a custom color that suits you well, taking into account your natural lip color.
Practical information
The Lip Pigmentation Training is a course suitable for beginners, as all the necessary information is covered during this 3-day program. You’ll also receive a starter kit that allows you to treat your first 30 clients.
Day 1 is fully dedicated to theory and practicing on synthetic skin.
Day 2 is hands-on, where you’ll work on your first model under supervision.
Day 3 is a return day where you’ll bring back the same model from Day 2 for a follow-up treatment.
This training is interesting and educational for every stylist, regardless of experience level.
If you already have experience with other SPMU techniques, that’s definitely a plus.
During the training, the lip blush technique is taught.
(Dark lips, aquarelle lips, and full lips are discussed in theory, but not practiced.)
3-day training:
The first 2 days are consecutive. The 3rd day (return day) takes place 8–12 weeks later, scheduled in consultation.
If you’d like to come back within 5 months for additional support, you’re very welcome to bring another model and train together once more. We only ask a €99 fee for this extra session.
We are a certified training academy with a quality mark and comply with European standards and GGD regulations—important for your own GGD approval.

Certificates & Quality Marks:
• Junior Quality Mark: Received with your certificate on the return day.
• Master Quality Mark: After 1 year. Submit a full video of the complete treatment and result photos. These will be reviewed by our trainer. If approved at master level, you will receive the Master Quality Mark.
• Professional Quality Mark: After 1.5–2 years. Submit a complete treatment video and result photos. If approved at professional level, you will receive the Professional Quality Mark.
Timetable
Day 1:
• Welcome & introduction
• Theory: information about products, pigments, tools, techniques, hygiene, safety, aftercare, and practical explanations
• Lunch: catered lunch (allergy requests possible) + answers to all your questions
• Practice: technique training on synthetic skin
• End of day: preparation for Day 2 and time for any remaining questions
Day 2:
• Set up your workspace according to GGD guidelines
• Demo video and additional practice on synthetic skin to prepare for your first model
• Lunch: catered lunch (allergy requests possible) + Q&A session
• Model: perform a treatment on your model under close supervision of a trainer
• End of day: opportunity to purchase additional products at a special training discount
Day 3 (half-day):
• Exam: safety and knowledge test
• Touch-up on your model: refine your technique, get extra tips & tricks, ask practical questions, and receive feedback on treated models
• Closing: review of the exam with your trainer and certificate + Junior sticker presentation

Model info
• You are required to arrange your own model for the second training day. The model should be present at 13:00. Please make sure to inform them about the consent form and the pre- and aftercare instructions, which you’ll receive upon registering for the training.
• Important: It is recommended to bring a young model under the age of 35, as this will be easier for you to work on. Also, make sure your model falls under Fitzpatrick skin types 1, 2, or 3. Models with Fitzpatrick types 3, 4, or 5 often have lips that are too dark for a beginner training—these are more suitable for a masterclass. (Fitzpatrick refers to the skin type classification system.)
• As a service, PE Cosmetics can help arrange a model for your training. Requests must be submitted at least 14 working days in advance via email to cs@pe-cosmetics.com. Please note: we cannot guarantee that a model will be arranged, but we will inform you in time. If a model cannot be provided, you will still need to arrange one yourself.

FAQ
Certification
PE Cosmetics is a recognised training company that works according to European standards and GGD regulations. The certificate you receive, after correct and complete completion of theory and practice, is a recognised certificate of participation in the training course at PE Cosmetics.
In this training course, certification takes place on the review day, when the exam and the touch-up on the model are taken.
Cancellation policy
TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR TRAINING CANCELLATION
If the training is cancelled by the participant, the following cancellation policy applies:
1. Cancellation must be submitted via registered email to training@pe-cosmetics.com.
2. You may cancel the training free of charge up to 30 days before the start date.
Rescheduling free of charge is possible up to 14 days before the training date.
Have you booked your training within a shorter time frame than stated above?
In that case, free cancellation or rescheduling is no longer possible and 40% of the training fee will be charged.
3. Deposits are non-refundable.
Finance
When booking this training, three payment options are available:
1. Pay the full amount upon completing your registration.
2. Pay a deposit of €750 excl. VAT; the remaining balance can be paid prior to the training via an online payment link, or in cash at the training location on the first day.
3. Pay in 3 instalments via an online payment link:
• The first instalment is a €750 excl. VAT deposit.
• The second instalment must be paid before the first training day.
• The third instalment must be paid no later than 30 days after completing the first two practical training days.
You will receive an automatic email reminder with a payment link for the third instalment exactly 30 days after your initial training days. Payment must be completed within 48 hours of receiving this reminder.
PLEASE NOTE: If this payment is not made within the 48-hour window, a follow-up reminder will be sent. An administrative fee of €50 will be charged for each reminder.

Anbos accreditation points
By attending the training at PE Cosmetics, you can earn 6 accreditation points.
How can you earn these points?
Enter your SKIN registration number in the “Notes” section on the registration form when signing up for your training at PE Cosmetics.
Don’t forget! Accreditation points cannot be requested afterward.
PLEASE NOTE: This can only be done once. If you register for the training again, you will not be eligible to earn accreditation points a second time.
