The pigments comply with the highest laws and regulations and are Reach approved. This means they comply with the legal scope regulation; no isopropyl alcohol, green7 CI 74260 or blue15 CI 74160 has been added. Also, the pigments are animal-free, vegan, hypoallergenic and free of preservatives. ** Only mix with PE Cosmetics' (S)PMU pigments and not with other products. This product may cause allergic reactions. It is a requirement to perform a patch test before use to rule out allergic reactions. We disclaim any responsibility for allergic reactions of persons to whom this product has been applied. ** For optimal results, we recommend taking the course first. We are not responsible for disappointing results when using these items without a thorough course.
